Training Sessions
Our main sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday at Maiden Castle Sports Centre.
There are 2 distinct types of training group within the club:
- Foundation/Introduction to running (Senior Couch to 5k and Juniors)
- Development/Performance (Juniors and Seniors)
Groups default to meet as follows:
Juniors – Purple container on the cricket pitch, from 18:30 (7pm session start)
Senior Endurance – Brick building outside the entrance to the track area at 18.45 (Session start soon afterwards)
Other groups – by the shelters next to the track at the rear of the Centre from 18.30 (7pm session start)
